K got it 2 1000's per table. Any other helpful advise would be appreciated. Im not a room builder I just know how to put out great smoke, and dial the room in. Nutrients? How many plants per table.

Expecting others to do all your thought for you isn't the approach to take, unless your paying consultation fees

Basically I can tell you are about the shortest path and whatnot but you will need to walk before you run or you will likely invest a lot of time and money only to screw it all up. There's more ways to fail than succeed. Better to learn from a series of small fails than to have an epic fail large scale.

To design a turnkey system I usually charge $10/sqft for a full production facility down to the last detail.

To simply walk through and write a proposal is $5000 - $10000.

Learned in a week im not a dumb ass. I have tons of knowledge no commercial experience. Hints that's why I asked. don't you think if everyone in WA was up and running I wouldn't consult with them. My bad this size opp. is new to me. I suppose you have a warehouse in your basement. More like a tent in your closet...

More than worth it. You should be dropping around 400 lbs a month with 7000 sqft of canopy.

That's roughly the number I projected. Just not sure of the avenue to get there. Let me consult with partners. Doing it rite from day 1 is well worth the investment. (Money well spent) I appreciate your time and responses.

Your number would be at a 0.8 gpw rate. That's a good rate but I could ramp you up to 1.0+ given the opportunity. At the same time cost to produce can be minimized.

How tall do you think a sog from well rooted clones with no veg should finish? Average 60 day strain. lets say a kush strain for example.

I would go sog in flood tables. On average two good moms will do you about 75 good snips per week. Don't go any bigger than 2" x 2" x h" on the rockwool cubes and instead of using plantpots fill the tables with rock. On average every 6kws HID will give you about 10lbs every eight weeks.
