spider mites are easy peazy...even for perpetual.
root aphids on the other hand...not so much.
Not without clearing house.
biosecurity is no joke.
Thank you a man that agrees spider mites are easy if you know how to treat them. Repetition and cleanliness is the key. I started treating plants with webs 3 days ago and the mites are already long gone follow up the process for a week or two and there gone for good.
I started with pyola oil for the first treatment. The 2nd treatment was azamax. If those don't kill them off I use habanero pepper spray. Repeating the process. If I absolutely have to use avid.
Normally repeating the 1st and 2nd treatment for a couple weeks cleans them out.
Big tobacco must have addressed this
but I'm not sure spider mites eat tobacco. If you can use perfectly timed systemics
and still pass the test it might not be so bad.
Fuckin nightmare
Little more than 200k to buy the property build the facilities and outfit the warehouse. Your about three 0's short. When you say plus all the bunk do you mind defining bunk.
That number is only for the equipment. The bunk is everything but bud. I was left under the impression that you and your buds already owned the warehouse.

I doubt the legalities allow for payment in weed. Wholesale cash value would be the yardstick for a gross percentage reimbursement. Plus the production facility has other uses for the "bunk".
If hiring a consultant to design or instruct on running an operation, there is no expectation of hanging on after the grower is on his feet.
