He's British. I'm thinking he is EDL or UKIP maybe just an extremist tory.
i never suspected him of it at all until lately.

i wonder what triggered all this recent nonsense?

maybe he caught his lady getting the D from a black dude and she asked him to leave them alone so she could finish?

or maybe he just ran his cock-hole to the wrong dude and got leveled for it.

gotta be something.

You think maybe he has just experienced some actual oppressive discrimination?

i was out in the yard building a gate today.

heard church bells all over the place on several occasions.

did not feel persecuted in the least.

but one university rings a bell once a week to promote tolerance and inclusion and you flip your shit.

i will never understand this whole retarded islamaphobia thing.
because that one ringing of the bell would be as symbolic as Liberty Bell herself.

that's how you get eased into. one bell. okay. they're sleeping. fast forward ringing of the bell 5x/day. the goal. infiltration.

yes he did, he assumes all black people will get their resume thrown away
so does he assume that black employers do not like hiring black people ?
or does he assume that all employers are white
there is nothing indicative in america on resumes to suggest race. we frown upon that. race, religion, sex (can't hide), creed, age, marital status, any children. many hiring managers who interview, don't have a clue..however most companies these days are already diverse and recognize the qualities that hiring diversity brings: intelligence

unless the guy went to an A&M university or something that screams "black", you don't even know until you meet in person. and NO, you can't always tell on the phone.

one of the worst mistakes you can make as a hiring manager is only surrounding you with you.

its not intended to be offensive, that is how i see the situation, it your right and choice to take it offensively if you wish

you are riddled with guilt and shame
as are all members of the "cult of white shame" leader of the cult is UB you follow him around like puppies

also i believe that in the USA race is a huge issue compared to the UK
every white person is a target to be called a racist by aligning yourself with this white shame position you feel you are thwarting attempts by others to call you racists
i do not believe your sentiments are genuine either, you are using race for your own gain
i do feel the "chip on shoulder" at school..almost exclusively from american blacks rather than the islanders.
