Possible nitro def?

Seems lucas has been giving me nitro def for a long time as now am switching to better nutes.

I don't use nutes. for clones, usually wait about a week after I see new green growth. At about 1/8 strength. Cal- Mag deficiency can cause yellowing. What is your water makeup?

Using tap water, added cal mag from GH as well as rooting hormone and about 1/4 nutes.

Rooted fine just yellowing. I believe it was heat stress as had 2 400w MH in there as well on some larger plants.
Im getting better nutes as well as Cal Mag as GH has just let me down in so many ways since being boughtby MG.

yellowing of clone leaves is a sign that it started rooting. time to transplant.
I am in an EZ cloner. I am transplanting to hydro. I dont seee why they would be yellow? I have nutes. I am transplanting today once Nutes arrive.
Care to explain?

I also use ez cloner (DIY) but with tap water only, when my clones get yellow, I know it rooted so I transfer my clones to a pot of soil mix (I grow in soil).
as I understand from a lot of reading, clones don't need to be placed under an HID to root, a small cfl will do.
I think your clones are ready, just need some veg nutes.

I transplanted them today into my Aero system. Added BPN nutes under MH.
Thanks good to know for next time.

if you post pics in detail i.e the leaves, roots, the distance between your water and the roots then it would be a lot easier to diognose.

my guess is too much light ..... Light stress or light bleaching.

as someone said above you don't need so much ( 2x 400w) on young cuttings .

don't be scared to put pics up, if its your first, second or even third attempt at this people will only help if your honest in my experience.

good luck, but i recon its the lights.
