Do you have reading comprehension issues There's different types of bankruptacy. You either file a chapter 7 rids of all debt , or a chapter13 if you don't qualify for chapter 7. And chapter 13 only gets ridof half the debt. Then there's a chapter 11 which consolidates debt that's paid.over time

Look up.types of bankruptacy. Chapter 7, chapter 13, chapter 11. Not All The Same.

Renouncing citizenship does not stop the taxes.Leaving doesnt stop the taxes .Paying taxes (something most people dont do ) doesnt stop taxes ,just got a bill for 60 K for 2014 after already forking over 365 K. I dont get a tax return or earned income tax credit .I just get Obama wanting to build welfare housing in my neighborhood to make it worthless and more diverse .
