Dude plants don't have a blood system like we do, they past stuff from the roots to the top, you cannot inject it into their blood stream because they don't have one. You feed plants through the roots not the stem. The stem does not have the fibers to absorb nutrients. Read up more , cannabis bible should be your first read, it will put things into context.

Look at the picture, is it really that difficult? A plant does not have a heart, or a centralized blood circulating organ thus it cannot circulate anything you inject into it.
