Is it advisable to put two plants in one 10 gallon smart pot..
I just bought these pots. I thought I could put them to use. Will roots interfere not allowing both plants to grow?
You'd be better off doing two 2' round bushes in your grow space. Is it advisable to put two plants in one 10 gallon smart pot. I will be using coco coir my grow area is 2.5 x 4.5 by 5 tall. 400 watt led and 4 four foot t5 ho lighting.

I will just use the pots for one plant.
You are going to have to veg for a long ass time in order for a plant to fully colonize a ten. Just saying, and make sure you have enough aeration/drainage or the roots will be sitting in a perched water table..
No no and no way to many things can go wrong there one shot one kill one pot a plant should fill

I veg 2 months using 20-gallon smarts and the roots do fill that. No root binding either. Just use gradated transplants and don't toss a seedling into one and expect quick results. You are going to have to veg for a long ass time in order for a plant to fully colonize a ten. I sprout mine in Miracle Gro Moisture Control soil on a seedling mat. Almost 100% germination in 3 days with sprouts up.In 4 they are all up. Then to party cups etc. I plant in the 20's when they can fill a 3 gallon kitty litter container. Usually around 4 to 5 weeks. If you plant the seedling directly in the 20 it will take forever to get going. How long does it take for a seed to sprout?
