Came from nowhere to head the KGB to. ..like nowhere. was a Huge embezzler of KGB funds before moving up the ranks to. Was a known bully when younger.
Found a way to remain President after his terms were up. Im guessing Trump will be looking at this. Blew up apartment buildings to blame innocent people he disliked or threatened his power. Takes over private companies and puts into the states hands (so he gets the profits).
