Also, you don't get to choose how to allocate what taxes you do pay. The way you get to choose, is by marching down to your congress persons office and make changes that way.

Additionally, a homeless person cannot just at walk in off the street and get free medical. They must qualify first by proving they are homeless and need to obtain a 'homeless letter'. The letter takes months because the only way you get one is from homeless shelter who view you, using their services..eating, showering and mail at their facility. Then you have to take the letter and apply to federal and state programs. Once you apply this takes another 90-days.
