lol i eat 2-4 cans a day, as long as it is low fat tuna there isn't much risk, as lead and mercury collect in the fatty parts of the fish. every other body builder in my gym does it, along with 3-6 protien shakes, half a dozen eggs and some chicken breast, every day. gotta keep that up. as for omega three i get 10 grams of fish oil and 4 grams of flax seed oil, as well as two multi vitamines, 9 grams of ameno acids, 1 ibuprophen, 5 grams of L glutemien, Ce2, no2, 1000 mg of vitamin c, something for fluid regulation, 40 grams of metamucil, 1000 mg of caffiene and 100 mg of ephedrine. when spaced right it gives quite the zing! so i think im set.
