I've got 4 of the 304 boards and a beast driver the hlg4802100 laying around what do you guys think of pairing 4 boards together on that driver ? What will the boards be running at with that setup in parallel ..120w and 525 milliamps per board or is that wrong? Any helps apreciated ! Slowly figuring this out,Thanks

I put it in for an hour before I sprayed with Bonine, a bacterial mite killer. No I don't leave them in any space long. Slows the little fuckers down though before I spray. I turn off the lights and they come to the top of the leaves. Then I spray and turn the lights back on. The strip in in my shed killing wasps now.........

Is that a no pest strip bro? Be careful not to be living and sleeping near those things.

IMO, 85 watts or so is the sweet spot between max efficiency and max wattage. I can't even imagine my tent with more light lol!

Of course, some of this is my fault..........

Man thank you SO much for clearing that up , it shares the amperage when wired in parallel ,gotcha . And the reason I say it seems it's runnin "soft" is as you've mentioned there running around 85 watts per board I think the max for the boards are like 160 ish? Yes I do have a dimmer hooked up to it but even with the dimmer at 100 percent the boards are only being used at around 50 percent when I have 4 going off that one driver ,right?at one point during the build I had only 2 boards hooked upto the hlg3202800 and I stepped out as my partner finished wiring the other 2 up .. when I came back the next day and all 4 were now running off the driver my first thought was hmm doesn't seem nearly as bright.. my partner who had done the wiring said he thought it was the same , (his poor eyes couldn't tell) makes sense now as the boards went from 1400 milliamps /160 watts per board with 2 on that driver to 700 milliamps per board with 4 according to what you are saying correct ? So I guess 2 304s off a hlg 320h 2800 is basically running them at /near there full power ? And with 4 your running the boards weaker but you're spreading it around to cover a larger footprint?

Looks great man ,how do these boards do when it gets really humid in your tent? Is there a humidity level you try to keep it under I'm yet to grow with them yet , (very soon)just building a bunch right now .also what do you think about 4 304 qbs off a hlg4802100 I have the parts laying around Linda wanna build something today..

For now, I gave up on humidity control other than keeping lots of air moving in and out of the tent. Fans run 24/7 so far so good, but this is my first time with a tent this packed so........ its a learning experience!

I'd run 2 series/parallel strings for about 115 watts per board. THAT would light up a 4'x4' to almost the max!
