Mine came with extra screws and wagos. Everything was near perfect condition. One of the slate 2 had a dented fin but it was only slightly and I didnt rhink it was a big deal.

The box came well packaged and the boards were bubblewrapped. Everything was nicely wrapped.

you should have got all that stuff if you got the DIY kit, if not email them for sure.
I ordered a la carte. the xl qb kits didn't exist yet when I ordered (they became an option a couple weeks later). the slate 2 triple heatsinks weren't an option yet either unfortunately :( I ordered 3 slate 3 triple heatsinks and 6 qbs from hlg and sourced everything else myself.. I really wish the xl kits had been available when I ordered. I would have much rather just ordered 3 of those.. not crazy about the slate 3 triple heatsinks.. plus I ended up with hlg-320h-54a drivers instead of the hlg-240h-2100a drivers the xl kits come with because I didn't really know what I was doing..
sigh.. oh well..

Hi, Im a newb planning a Grow in 3x1.5 cab. I want to know your recommendation about how many watts I should run in this cab. Which qb kit and how many boards for max efficiency. Also would I need any supplemental lighting? Thanks in advance

260W kit will give a great spread. QB288 based 260W kit gave me min 86 watts , max 285 watts. at max it is too powerful and your grow space will look dead like Venus or Mars. dim it to min and increase as needed.

135W kit will work too. spread will not be ideal.

2 of the 65W kits will work fine and good spread.

Or you can buy slate 2 double and DIY. slate 2 double has holes to mount HLG-120H- , HLG-150H-, HLG-185H-, HLG-240H- drivers. Driver guides on website.

Tangerine Dream still trucking along ...still hotter than ghost peppers up your ass
( ask trump ) .... Anyways ..... Still temps are " manageable " ... Plant is still drinking strong and has some fert excess but still budding out.

I Tomato Caged her ( cut cage down support leg and " wrapped around plant ) , as plant was beginning more " Flower FLOP " as she is getting fatter. Going into week 6 on Monday ... I plan to give her a boost of ( POTASH ) - Seaweed Solution on next watering to help her cope with heat. It helps pretty well.

Slates are warm to the touch and can STILL hold hand on them for quite a while ...
I have 3 rigs going of various wattage and on 18/6 and (2) 12/12 ... Amazingly my light bill for the month ( summer peak time ) was $98 bucks , which is remarkable considering I also have fans and exhausts running constantly too.

Stay thirsty my friends .....
