Was wondering if I can cut down the middle bud(the one closest to the light) at week 10.which is coming up in Monday and let the rest continue to get some light suppose to harvest at week 11.
Just pinch the stem and bend it over let it finish you’ve gone this far don’t compromise your growWas wondering if I can cut down the middle bud(the one closest to the light) at week 10.which is coming up in Monday and let the rest continue to get some light suppose to harvest at week 11.

From the looks of all the white hairs, you have quite a way to go. Possibly 2 weeks or more. When its done all the hairs will turn brown and most of them will reccede into the bud. Also get a jweller’s loupe and scope out the trichomes. You want most of them cloudy with a few amber in the mix depending on the quality of high you want. You have done a awesome job ao far. Very nice looking plant. You are almost there, be patient and wait a few weeks. You have done all the hard work and do not make the mistake of harvesting early. You will get jittery high and buds will not reach full potential in flavor, quality and yield if harvested early. Some sativa or sativa dominant strains do take longer. Was wondering if I can cut down the middle bud(the one closest to the light) at week 10.which is coming up in Monday and let the rest continue to get some light suppose to harvest at week 11.
Okay cool, I was just about to ask how would I go about doing that but that’s for the visual .@Chevyroad245 doesn’t really hurt em when they are far along in flower View attachment 4194933
Make sure you don’t break it just pinch and apply pressure little by little and you will fell it get a snap sound and fall over then just let it hang it’s called super cropping look it up on YouTube for further instructions this way at least your bud will finishOkay cool, I was just about to ask how would I go about doing that but that’s for the visual .
You can definitely harvest the top cola and let the rest finish, but from the looks your top isn’t ready yet looks 2 weeks away. You will get more yield by harvesting the top and letting the lowers develop longer.
Some strains throw out white pistils indefinitely. You harvest by trichomes not pistils. All pistils should be red + receding before harvesting top.

I will add that seed plants can take a while longer to mature. Most breeders list flower times of sexually mature clones. If you're running a seed plant this round temper time expectations.
I would move the light farther from the top, and wait 2+ weeks b4 harvest. So this is the top cola, can I chop it down or wait?
Do you have a magnifying glass? Check ou this thread for so good info on when to harvest. I say you got another week for that top cola..

I harvest at 60-70% amber trichromes.
And I guarantee you're not harvesting them at the peak of their effects if you're just going by pistils. For decades and decades the only commonly accepted way to tell if you're harvesting at the right moment has been trichomes.I have had some pure sativas that take 24 weeks to flower, they all stop throwing white pistils eventually...
