Orange County hadn't voted a Democrat for 80 years and magically voted for Hillary, the only one who could lose to Trump.
If you take away her landslide victories in CA and NY she no longer has an edge in the popular vote. This was the exact issue the founders had. They felt it unfair one one or two states could decide the fate of the whole country.
