Define "dumping toxic waste" please.

The threat of offensive spraying of bullets, by government (a serial toxic waste creator) is what will be used to prevent defensive minded people from owning guns. People who want to use offensive force, to allay their fears or control other people are often prohibitionists.

Old batteries are going for about .25 / lb. as scrap. Throwing them away seems a little silly.

Of course if somebody does throw something away on their property and it travels to your property, and you can prove it, you'd be justified to seek restitution, unless it's the government or a government protected company...then you're probably shit out of luck, so to speak.

Not gonna play the gun control thing eh? Didn't think so, since "gun controllers" are really "power consolidators, who only want to concentrate guns in the hands of government. What a dumb idea that is.
