Right maybe they need to employ you as there technician mate because clearly theres doesnt have a clue lol
I program control systems for a living and the amount of "technicians" a lot of these companies have on the support lines don't know shit about their own products or how things work. Most of them are minimum wage employees who's job is to try to take care of you without having to bother the engineers who actually know their shit. I don't even bother calling support for most of the electronics manufactures I have to deal with anymore. As soon as I get in contact with an engineer on the product development teams I save that contact info and just reach out to them when I have issues or questions.

we checked with engineer ,it may caused by Power short circuit,we can ship a new light to you,but it may still happen this issue, because the TS600 have a high requirment of voltage,or you can consider to to pay the price difference for TS1000,the quality will better than TS600,what do you think of it?

This does not sound like a Mars Hydro reply, least I would hope not — who is the actual seller you are contacting? Is it Mars Hydro themselves? It would make sense why they can’t honour their website prices and are trying to up sell you if they are a third party.

Mars hydro ebay is the seller its definitely mars hydro to give to them they are sending me out a replacement tommorow so cant complain to much hopefully it wont break this time

Decent outcome but disappointing for the reasons you mentioned. If the TS600 is faulty, they sure are still selling the crap out of them.

I have a TSW-2000 I’ve been running for 8 weeks and it came with some manufacturing defects I thought were frustrating, but I was willing to overlook because it is otherwise a good piece of kit.

Like i say mate up until this point i had no problem with the light at all the plant looks healthy and grown well so cant complain at all like treefarmercharlie said earlier that might not be right what theyve said anyway might just be to fob me off so who knows atleast there sending a new light out

We will help you. by the way, actually, they suggest you to pay for the difference for the TS 1000 since they have been upgraded again. For US/UK/AU/RU, TS 1000 has been upgraded with dimming box.

Yeah I had a few questions about an old shitty light I bought from them and crickets lol

they say you get what you pay for but my ass is still a little burnt! Everything seems like just them trying to market things

I did like that they had meanwell drivers on some lights but the feeling of having some boards that will last around 10 years from hlg is really nice. I’m sure their products are getting better but like you said they are sending you the same unit which is known to have that defect lol.. why are they advertising that unit?

Please come visit this page and hit the like button on my post. I plan on doing a full analysis of their light vs an HLG light. I want to make a journal so people can check it out and see the difference instead of going off of numbers and everything

That guy had bad electrical wiring in his house if I know the one you are talking about.

This one post wil steeer me away from mars. Thats the worst , most honest customer service ive ever seen.

Yep.

I am a little chapped at them that I bought a TSW-2000, within a week later the price had dropped $100, and the light arrived partially damaged with stickers peeling off and looking shoddy.

Was going to buy more... I have HLG and QBs on the way now.
