Best way to learn, keep that excitement and this plant will reward you in more ways than you know. Growing this plant literally saved my life... it sounds stupid and cliche but not even the medicinal effects of smoking or getting high anything.. Im talking about just caring about something other than nothing... when myself wasnt enough, and some reason to get up out of bed and go take care of something even if I wasnt taking care of myself.., I didnt see it at the time but in all seriousness, growing this plant and taking care of my dog is the only things I can see that were the reasons for where Im at today...theres a very good chance the road I was on turned to a dead end many miles back, so Im grateful to be here and owe it to my dog and growing marijuana.... Of course this wont be the same for everyone, but I really do love this plant...
its even gotten little assholes I know that would be smoking in the woods and littering and shit just being inconsiderate punks... they start growing, and fall in love with it, and now they're like hippies caring for nature, picking up trash with me if they see it on the ground... its crazy.. Sorry for the rant, I just really love this plant, and as I grow older I see the bigger influence and effects of the plant itself.. on culture, on people, nature, etc. and it doesnt compare to what I thought was the pinnacle of mother natures creation 20 something years ago when I first got high...and now that point was really just the beginning of my education.

Sorry again for the ramble... I think my point was... Welcome.. keep the excitement, and dont worry about the mistakes, they are all just learning opportunities, be grateful for the chance to experience them. Cheers :leaf: :joint: :peace:

My first outdoor grow in western mass. Had a few problems and my plants are big but the buds are still small. It’s gonna be close... shoulda grown autos. These girls didn’t start flowering until early august. View attachment 4681818View attachment 4681819View attachment 4681820View attachment 4681822
Looks nice to me. I didn't have mine start showing really until mid august as well. I did a lot of trimming that might have shocked them though and set them back a week.

I did auto's earlier in the year and had to bring them inside to finish them because I was getting little bits of mold on them. There is always something.

Looks like we are about to hit the 30's a few times this week. What do you all do in the cold? How cold do you let it get? Will a light freeze kill it?

I've been noticing that i have a few budworms on one of my plants. There's been a couple every day for the past couple days. What's odd is that it's only on one plant not on any others. I've just been picking them off and chucking them as i see them. Wondering if i should use some neem oil or some azamax to keep things from getting any worse. The plant isn't pretty heavy flower so not sure if i can spray something on the buds or if that will wreck them. Thank you in advance for any responses
