Mars hydro leds not fully turning off

Mars hydro lights won’t turn fully off when turned off, they stay dimmed slightly, have tried almost everything different timers, wall sockets ect... Has anyone with the mars-ts series experienced this problem

do they go out compleatly after a while? if yes it may be getting energy from the transformer or some componant in the light

Best of luck. Had a bit of experience with Mars customer service, and it leaves much to be desired. Hope they solve ur problem.

IMHO - re-evaluate your electricity flow.

I had my timer towards the end of the chain - it ran the last surge strip with the lights on it.
And my lights all had dimly lit (but lit!) diodes here & there.

I moved the timer to the wall - to the head of the lighting chain - everything turns fully off now.

Hope yours is that simple to fix! :bigjoint:

I've have not heard anything to bad besides that the warranty is Mars as always thank you for your time and the best of luck

Well sometimes the power and the return nutrial line are switch in the wall or light as always thank you for your time and the best of luck

I think that most folks that run into this issue with the fixture not turning off find that the wiring of the wall plug in the home isn't right.
Look at how a standard duplex outlet is supposed to be wired(hot, neutral, and ground) and I'll bet you will find the issue.
The fixture is probably allowing a small current backfeed because the timer isn't switching the hot leg.
