If the issue is from too much light and not heat, then try a LUX meter app on your phone. It's inaccurate for LED, but the reading you get will always be lower than what the actually LUX is, or so I am told. It doesn't register the UV/IR, so you don't get an accurate reading, with the SF you have some light that isn't being measured. The idea is to find the right height to get proper/even coverage, then dial the intensity in to get the number you want. I have been shooting for 60-70k in flower and have had great results. If you have CO2 you can push up to 90-100k, but without CO2 your just running your light bill up, the temp, and possibly giving them too much light.

I second this guys whole opinion. I also use a lux light meter on my phone, I also know its super inaccurate. But I find a number that works for me and go with it during the cycle.

I have 2 on my phone.. one of them gave me the option to buy the meter capability for LED.

I think the issue is more with the sensor on the phone rather than functionality of the app... I could be wrong though. They can make estimates and factor them in, but without knowing the details of the light, i.e. how much blue, red etc, it's hard for them to predict what the actual value is. I think if you measure your LUX and it is 70k, your fine. If it's higher, 80-90k, I would either raise the lights or dim them.

I'm going to guess it's a heavy feeder/demands a lot.. she got drops of nute water on her and I didn't wipe it fast enough I guess... so she's scared.. but I'm sure will make it.

That pic was 24 hrs ago.. this one was an hour ago.. where the hell did that leaf come from????
