strain hunters while interesting to watch makes me cringe, yes they are risking alot to get landrace but for how much cost. seems they rip off those poor farms for genetic wins they aren't aware they have

franco is the man
ya that's what I thought as well, I also liked Franco. Pretty sure he was well respected in the cannabis world, Arjan on the other hand seems like a playboy pimp....I don't know, that's just the vibes I always got off the guy. Not doubt he killed it money wise, GHSC was the 1st well know seed company world wide, dude had to be raking in that $$$ and probably still is...

watch his face when the farmers show him their prize fields its like cha ching. franco is nose deep in buds, Arjan is in the clouds with the money he's going to make. I think the farmers get some merch

going to have to check out mr nice. it coincides with half baked so I'm down
Ya check out Mr. Nice, I one day want to pheno hunt some nice old school strains. So Mr. Nice has the real legit white widow, he has it listed as black widow because of a lawsuit from Arjan. Mr. Nice mango haze and super silver hazes are absolute fire if your a haze lover, I've seen multiple eLBows of flower from both strains, crazy beautiful satty buds.

legit white widow piques my curiosity , the name itself carries some weight so when you crack the bag it better scream dank. I've had plenty of " white widow" on the street before I grew, have learned alot since then and mainly just people rebranding. alot of this means nothing to most custies they don't care about breeder lineage , well very few

Ya that's the one I would really like to grow, the black widow from Mr Nice, you can definitely find some 8-9 week phenos, pretty sure some of the mango hazes have some fast finisher phenos for hazes. I remember the mango haze flower absolutely reeking of mangos and fruit. I grow so much cookie and cookie hybrids these days-gelatos, dosidos, wedding cake, and wedding pie....the list goes on. So when I see a beautiful strain like mango haze it looks just so different and exotic to me with its beautiful, huge dreadlocked buds, glistening with trichs.

I have some Black Widow going right now, in week 7 since 12/12, buds are starting to pack on the crystals and a strong lemon/pine + a light fruity aroma is starting to come through nicely, hopefully she'll be ready to chop first week of December!!

could you post any pics, Id love to see a her? You hit the nail on the head for aromas for some black widow pheno- lemon/ fruity smell come thru later in flower, will probably smell different aromas when harvested and cured.

Here's a few, the first reply I wasn't able to upload any pics, I guess the issue must've just been fixed a few minutes ago.

I wanted to see what she could do so I let her fill out a 4x4 tent all by herself, started her with a MH up until the end of the first week of 12/12 flip, then switched to a 600w hps for 5 weeks to let her plump up, then put her on a 315 CMH to really bring out the flavor and potency from the UV and fuller spectrum. I'm not really going for yield, just top quality, I really babied this one and I know she's going to be excellent.
