I’m shooting for 70 days.

Not this weekend but next weekend is the earliest I would think about it. Unless I get a nanner. So far so good. Last grow I got a nanner from giving N too late IMO. But it was over 70 days so it was no big deal.

So what I do is keep notes.

here’s what’s happening to this plant

leaves are fading
Calyx are swelling
Most hairs are turning brown
Smell is insane.
plant has gone to needing water about every 5 days instead of 2-3.
Buds are weighing down branches and causing them to lean.

here’s what’s missing.

Number of days flowering.
White hairs indicating new growth
there’s more calyx swelling to come. Unless you let that happen you never realize what you’re missing.

I don’t want to take anything week 8. Maybe end of week 9 I can start looking but usually close to 70 days seems ideal. I don’t even look at trichomes anymore but, even if I did, I wouldn’t even start on this plant yet.

These have been my favorite strain to run from them. Both grows have looked amazing. Even though I’m moving on to reg seeds. I would still grow this again. It’s a good looking plant. I just didn’t let them veg enough. Now I know ~60 days. These would have been monsters.

Yeah I get updated about political threads (which I’m now trying to avoid because I like being here) but not your journal sometimes. It makes no sense.

These DFG plants are out growing the 1 gallon pots. 2 out of 3 are need of potting up, but I’m doing them all just to get it out of the way. It could have waited longer but the other ones I was a little late on. Normally I would start training but I’m going to wait a little longer on these since they are regs. I’m going to want the plant higher out of the pot this time so I will probably top at the 5th or 6th node.

So no till soil plus 2 spoons bone meal and 4-4-4.

(2 spoons isn’t much but I added bone meal and 4-4-4 when I took the last plant down for it to “cook”)

1 cup EWC mixed with the new soil. Plain tap no ph water so far. I add Epsom every other watering or so. But this one was plain tap.

not a dig at anyone but- I water every 2-3 days in coco coir, 3 gallon f/bags ,Megacrop nutrients , Rain water, no run off,no flushing no issues am growing autos in one room and about to start 4 photo periods ,dont understand the issue - there seems to be more issues with bugs and lock outs with soil and no till grows just an observation reading threads... I think people try to force feed/water plants in all substrates

It’s definitely about finding balance and a happy medium (no pun intended)

Ok so first time watering since potting up to 2 gallon pots. They were starting to show a little Cal and Mag def. So 2 more spoons of bone meal in the soil and 1 spoon Epsom per gallon of water. Nothing to worry about as these leaves will be removed later for room to water.

Normally I would have mainlined already. However I want to make sure the plant is on track with this being no till soil it’s in now.

The swell is on. I had to tie them up. Longer veg on my next grow for sure. 45 days is not enough for large colas.

This is the beginning of week 10. F64 they’re coming down this week for sure. Most likely this weekend. Just plain water today. Might be the last watering. They aren’t drinking much anymore.

I’m going to get some kind of system for this new grow to hold all this shit up. Not bad for an ILGM genetic. I will have better pics tomorrow when I take the other ones down. One needs to stay for a few more days though.

Im thinking that N was too high because the branches on this one were too flimsy for my liking.
