Appellate court CRUSHES Donald Trump, dismisses special master case, chastises Judge Aileen Cannon

121,389 views Dec 2, 2022
In a scorched-earth legal opinion, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the rulings of Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon. Judge Cannon abused her discretion by appointing a special master to review the government documents Trump stole from the White House and unlawfully concealed at Mar-a-Lago. The appellate court put a stop to Judge Cannon's order directing the FBI/DOJ to stop investigating Trump's documents crimes. The court's blunt opinion states that, just because a search involves the home of a former president, that "does not give the judiciary license to interfere in an ongoing investigation."

Two other stories were almost as bad for Trump. First, a judge ordered top White House lawyers Pat Cipollone and Patrick Philbin to testify to the federal grand jury about their conversations with Trump. Also, Kellyanne Conway testified for 5 hours to the January 6 House select committee about the insurrection.

Matters get worse for Trump by the day.

Donald is losing the red tie they will take it from him before they lock him up, so he must want people to get used to him without one! This is what desperation looks like folks, you can see him, and his base of true believers shrink before your eyes. It will be interesting to see what happens at his plea hearing over the secret documents, he might not get release pending trial. It would not be unusual for a case like this, it happens to everybody else, and Donald's behavior has not been good either and that will be brought up by the prosecution. Jack should make Donald sweat for his conditional release by throwing all the threats and intimidation into his lawyer's face at the plea hearing. So, keep making video's and saying stupid shit in public, Jack is making a list. He might even bust one of Donald's cronies to try and provoke him, not for more evidence, but to have him locked up upon indictment, he doesn't need more evidence for the slam dunk case. However, there would be fewer delays with Donald in a DC jail through all of it.

Upon indictment a DC federal judge owns Donals's ass and might tell his SS detail to make the best arrangements they can with the US marshals. The DC jail will be a secure enough location to keep him safe and they can use an unlocked cell next door and change shift as usual.

you would think that a former potus would know the difference between democracy, socialism, and communism...of course, you would think that a former potus would know better than to advise people to drink bleach to deal with a viral infection, too.
or that he could change the course of a hurricane with a sharpie...

If you thought 2022 was a busy legal year for Donald, wait until you see 2023! Donald is creating a whole industry of legal pundits, consultants and talking heads. Pay attention to it all and you too could qualify for the fucking bar and probably pass the exam! Be positive and turn Donald's downfall into a legal education too.

People would be shocked at his level of ignorance and basic common knowledge among the high school educated, his fuzzy headedness and general low operational intelligence. He thought there were airports during the American revolutionary war FFS! He has a talent for low cunning and scheming, but it is apparent he is not very good at that either. His biggest talent is predatory, he can spot moral and ethical weakness in others and leverage it to control them. He does not deal well with people who are driven by reality or principle and avoids them, or conversation on a level playing field, interviews always have to be rigged. He is an impulse driven habitual criminal, an indolent sociopathic narcissist who knows no social, political or legal boundaries. America's prisons are full of his kind, and it is by wealth and luck he is not there himself, yet.

However, the walls are closing in and soon they will move a lot closer a lot faster. If you like schadenfreude, then 2023 will be your year, get popcorn.

what disturbs me is that he is far from alone in his ignorance...the average American knows practically nothing about fucking anything.
they'll have their heads full of bullshit about their sports team, their favorite celebrities, which ever airheaded bimbos who contain more silicone than a tube of caulk are on television...but most of them couldn't name their own senators or congress people, or even their city officials. they can name every rapper since sugar hill was a thing, but not one local bylaw that actually effects their lives...fuck, most of them couldn't even tell you what a bylaw is.

In the 19th and early 20th century there was not much to do, and politics was damn near the only game in town other than church. Politicians wrote their own speeches and appearance made less of a difference; it was more substance over image. People used to meet more at all levels, there were dozens of fraternal organizations, Masons, Shriners, foresters, unions and others who met regularly. However, our entertainment options have grown since then and even back then most were ignorant of politics, the press was very partisan too and the newspapers you bought usually indicated who you voted for and if your family voted that way, you did too.

Today we have lots of options for entertainment and amusement and politics is low on the list for many, they mostly don't vote anyway, which is probably a good thing. The internet is changing the political world too and we see it here and in places like Russia, Iran and China, we are still doing better IMHO. We now recognize the internet as an information battle space and won't allow our enemies and adversaries to leverage it against us. This is difficult with a maga 5th column in your country though, those who openly ally with fascism and imperialism, spread their disinformation and try to influence policy and funding to vital allies. To be fair these people exist in all western democracies but are empowered more by the American political system of minority rule and of having a political home in the republican party.

Schadenfreude is for swordless churls

popcorn gets stuck in my teeth
It's the best Uncle Sam has to offer, but his Georgia TV trial could prove interesting, especially if he's already in federal custody when he shows up for his plea and trial.

Jack looks like a giant killer to me.

Frau is too different from frei. Basically your character is called Womanfire. Which would be really cool if she’s a sorceress with fire talents.

(whispers) Scheide also means vagina
