185 $ at the hydroponic store is that a good price? Because I need one oh in the worst way lol
Hit the Net my friend. ANYTHING tagged for weed is 3-10X the price. I looked and mine is an "11lb" model. I did a search....this is a 9lbs model....so a bit smaller but still very adequate for the job.

Invest in some BubbleBagDude bags. They are cheap for the returns they offer, IMO. That 220 bag will give you far too much leaf/green material. You'll never reach "bubble" stage. There will be alot...for sure.....but that isn't my goal here. Quality over quantity is my approach.

A press is another option. I have one. I don;t use it a lot since really falling into the buckets. I'm not a "dab" guy. Hate it. Everything tastes the same.
I haven't pressed much hash cus of the dab thing....and I don't lather papers/roll fatty hash bombs anymore either...so it's hard for me to ingest. Tehe hash doesn't run down the bong stem. The rosin ends up in the water... heehee....yeah...I always come back to a bong and a small chunk of hash.

everybody does it differently. Hope that helps in some way....

I have been trying to stay away from the blackhole that looking into said presses would take me
I started with 2 steel plates in-between a vice-grip. Used my wife's hair straightener to heat the plates. Heat the plates get a little sift into a pile in a parchment sandwich.....warm plate-sift filled parchment-warm plate. Squish together with the vice-grip. Enjoy and start saving for your new toy......you will be hooked lol

Wish I had made some of this stuff while I was still a machinist.
I did that for a bit. My dad had a small machine shop in the garage when I was a kid/was a machinist @ Bendix...then broke off on his own/started his own shop. I worked for side $$ all through high school/college....then got busted bigly in college and ended up dropping out to pay attroney's fees and basically cow down/bow down to the parents. That lasted for 6 years. Got married. Said fuck this and moved to Colorado to ski/party. :bigjoint:

But yeah....the grinders...the pipes...etc... coulda been a whole lot more fun being a machinist than it was... Heehee...
