We have one more cold spell down into the 50's then smooth gardening ahead.
I found some mold on one of my plants so down they all came. It appears that it was only one bud on one plant. It's a little early to harvest but not terribly.
We have 4 new ones that just sprouted. Looks like we're running Mountain Mint x Humbolt Pound Cake, Macaroon x Gazurple, ICC x Caramel Cream and Mixed nuts. Float tech seems to be the best germination method, I had 4 out of 5 pop.
All are HSC strains from the 2 dollar menu which they apparently aren't selling anymore .
My lettuce and tomatoes and basil are all outside. I'm trying out some Kratky pots on some of the lettuce.

Here's an OG kush x Vanilla frosting bud
IMG_20240307_073428 (1).jpg
And the little tent with some cilantro, oregano, thyme, chives and 4 little marihuana sprouts.

And last but not least the garage grow is chugging along, it just sprouted a new set of white hairs. My son's lovely wife thought she would just pick one of the buds and I wouldn't notice except she picked the main cola. Stupid, at this point it will probably dry out to a couple of grams of shit weed as opposed to a quarter oz of good bud in 6 weeks or so. I went ahead and installed a security camera.

I messed up and forgot to sit water out overnight for a hash run so went with the old ice/"tap" water routine. The good thing is that the well water right now is about 45F or less...so while not truly optimal...we'z goin' with it anyway. Didn't wanna wait and (hopefully) deal with the snow/etc.... and it's 25F out right now...aka....perfect weather for makin' da bub.

Round and round we go... DSC_4288.JPG

Yup. 5 gallon bucket on bottom with a flow through drain/hose attachment. The rest are drilled out 3 gals. Va-China washer was $65. I have 2.
Full mesh BubbleBagDude bags. I don't do a bag in the washer. I drain into the 220....then a 120....then the 72...and when I feel like it...the 25. (I only use this if it doesn't go green) 24 hours in the FD and boom...done. I need to set up and do a massive run before it warms up.

2 new 5 gallon buckets, get a spout for brewing for only one, install spout. Get bags and put them in the bucket with the spout. You can use a large spoon to mix everything up. Or if you have a variable speed drill use a new paint mixer as slow as possible. Don't over work it and you'll be good.

But why not just dry sift like you do? Your stuff comes out great.
