I think it's high time (no pun intended. . . or is it?) we got the puppet in the middle! We all need to go Libertarian! Also let's all decide once and for all to expose the media for who they really are! The media is causing this American split because they aren't reporting fairly. The media is trying to get the people dis-enchanted with the idea of democracy so that the power networks can step in and take over. As the media once said, "We'll decide! what's important to the people, and we'll decide what we will report to them!"

Neither!

I want government to leave me alone and stop trying to "help" others with my money.

Now, if those others that want help are willing to come talk to me personally, maybe I'll extend a hand, but it should be my decision, not the government's if I help them or not.

Charity is not taken under the threat of force, otherwise we'd have laws on the books prohibiting Charity.
 
This day will always be remembered in our history. It was not necessary for them to spend $170 million on it to try to have it "remembered more." Learn some restraint Obama/Obama's Party Planners.

It was worth 170 million to listen to Obama talk about the state of complete distress that our country is in knowing Bush was 5 feet away having to listen to Obama talk about what a trainwreck his presidency has been in front of the entire world. I also liked when the crowd chanted OBAMA, I bet nobody chanted for Bush at his inauguration.
