It been 60+ days. She is ready. We are not harvesting any durban since they all turned to dudes. This is our bagseed which is pretty indica.

Nice grow! Especially since it's your first time. +rep! You were lucky to have a good bagseed. My first finisher was total ditchweed. No trichomes anywhere on the thing. And I let it go almost 12 weeks!

Anyway... best of luck with the harvest!

(P.S.) If you're gonna be sampling, set aside a predesignated amount to pick on. It might help you hold out until the rest is cured if you ration it correctly

Yeee we just harvested. Here are some pics of our glory.

Update: We have takin 6 clones totle from our durban plants. Once they root they will be flowered to determine the sex of their mother/father.

From here on out we will be flowering only small clones some durban some of this same bag seed if we like the taste/effect(soon to be determined)

Future of this thread? We might end this thread and start one specfic to our SOG in DWCs. not sure yet.

yeah man your pistals look pretty long and crazy

well, molasses is what you really want, the non-refined kind. buuuuut we figured that out last minute so since brown sugar has molasses in it, we just dumped that in for the flush instead

see, thats what i thought too, but the trichs were turning amber and had hella orange hairs all over the buds. so we just did it

Yeh we are courious about weight as well so yeh we will weigh it. Will let you know the dry weight.

Here are some pics of our Durban mothers and bag seed mother. along with some clones. Oh and a few of the buds hangin

and the final weigh in...drum roll.

Just shy of 3 oz.

15(23 watt) cfls used for flowering. not the best watt to gram ratio but was our first grow and we learned a great deal of info.

Situation:

We are waiting on some clones to root so we can flower them and determine sex of our Durban parents.

We took 6 more clones last night for the ones we took last week weren't looking too hot.

Will post when we get the clones flowering

Sounds cool!!! Are you going to stay with the cfl's? I mean if your burning over 400wts of cfl, think what difference there'd be with a switchable MH/HPS....... and do a 600haha---get more depth(aint that what your girl there says?? ) jk

With what you guys have learned you'll do a lot better next run with even just what you have......the stress will be much less on them, eh

good shit bro! i cant wait to see how mine turns out... for my next grow im gonna upgrade the flowering chamber entirely and buy an HPS and panda tent, then use the grow chamber just for veg mothers/clones/seedlings etc

Update:
3 of 4 seeds have germ'd in 2 days

our plant is takin off. Increased the nutrients from 1/4 strength to about 3/8.(ha we moving up slowly)

How long would you recommend letting seedling grow in 1 inch rockwool before transplanting?? Instruction on the rockwool says up to 2 weeks.

it sais to put 7 and do it for 4 weeks so do i start at quarter of 7 and built up???(i have known people not to do this but i have been told its what your ment to do???)
please help i need to start feeding them soon and i really dont wanna over feed them....
