Your plants looks healthy, skinny but healthy, you can let them go a bunch more weeks and still get a light yield or concentrate on those clones. But that's just me.

I used to think so until I saw that MH+HPS worked even BETTER and I saw a thousand LOUSY CFL grows...Just sayin...

cfl's wellnever be as good as hid's. but for the stealth growers and the growers that don't want the power bill, cfl's are the way to go. i have seen a cfl grow to the finish and had somenice hard buds. nothing like hid's but they were nice.

Oh I can't disagree with you there. CFL's certainly have a place. When HID isn't possible or reasonable CFL is definitely the way to go. I grew a Bubba Kush plant in a trash can completely concealed and loved it. Granted it took me 3 months to grow less than an oz, but it was a stealth setup and I wanted to see how I could do with some CFL's. For as small as it was, I was pretty impressed. Yeild was obviously small, but quality was excellent and I'm sure it could be made to give bigger yeilds.

I would just rather throw 10 plants under HID and grow a LB than stare at a trash can and grow an oz...

I'm not bashing CFL's, if you are doing a micro grow or anything stealthy, certainly it's easier.

But these guys that grow huge plants and/or a lot of plants with CFL's...just silly.

it can be done if you want to grow for 6 months or more, most liklymore, to get that big ass plant. i noyour not bashing just stating fact.
