t8 bulb help?

Well I just got my t8 lighting. They said I needed 6500k for vegging stage and around 3000k for flowering stage. So when I veg do I plug in both 6500k bulbs? or do I just do 1 6500k bulb for veg?

I don't think your going to get good results with t-8s, but none the less shine as much light as you can.

I know. But I'm on a low budget here and I cant afford hps bulbs atm lol but yeah.. sorta answered my question but not really. lol so im guessing you ment use 2 bulbs for veg. but do i use 2 3000k bulbs for flowering?

I have never used t-8s, everyone I know (including self) use t-5. I am happy to hear that t-8s work .

i veg with t-8s works great get alot of bulbs above and on the sides of your plants and youll get healthy bushes with many flower sites.

I got another question.... does anyone know what strain usually grows bushy and not so tall?

indica dominant strains are short and stout mostly.

I think I Used 4 Cool White / 2 Warm White for Veg
then 4 Warm White / 2 Cool White for Flower.

Bought my Lights at home depot. It works.

which are the more slender the t5s or t8s i get mixed up im using the very slender newest generation fluoros so i may have misqouted myself by saying t8s anyways i buy spectrum specific aquarium bulbs for veg high in the blue end of visible light spectrum.

t-5s are the slim one's and the newest.
