watering question 55 gal tank

I want to fill a 55 gallon tank I have and keep it areated so I dont have to lug in water from the house to garage. Ive seen the hand pumps, but is there some sort of motorized pump that I can stick in there and get some pressure out to a hose?

I use a waterfall/pond pump from the hardware store and it does great.

ya i do the same thing but in 33 gallon trash cans.one for veg nutes and the other for flower nutes.

I use a billage pump off a small boat. It doesn't give me the pressure or the flow rates of a reg. garden hose however it works great and it comes out slow enough for me to take my time watering the plants. I think I got 3/8th inch clear hose on it.
