Awww...I'll have to get pics of my cat up when I update manana.

Looking healthy man, what kind of soil are you using?

believe it or not, it's Miracle Grow Organic Choice potting mix. it's a little chunky, with some uncomposted bits. and it definitely needs some perlite, but it's doing the job. I usually go with Ocean Forest, but times are tough and the wallet is tight. For all of my outdoor plants, I use amended native soil from the woods. Mixed in 50% Miracle Grow Organic Choice garden soil (green bag) and some lime. :peace:

Those look good machinegun!

The tomato plants look really healthy too :)

Here are some of mine, they are all over a foot now and growing strong. The first pics are of the Church, Skunk, and Rhino and the other pics are of my garden and the last couple are of my favorite Fire Azalea and Rose Bush.

I have 5 types of tomatos growing, collards, brussels sprouts, Silver Queen corn, tons of herbs, bush beans, Lima beans, red, yellow, and purple bell peppers, squash, zuchini, snap peas, pod peas, okra and some other various lettuces and greens.

The rains have really made the garden come alive in the past week. A Lot of work to do fellas!!!

Got a few plants near Wake Co.
They have been in the ground since early April and so far they are looking nice I should have some pics of them soon

update;

one of my babies killed over from what i'm guessing to be root rot. 2 down in the past few days. 4 going strong. will put more out once i get a mother going...

one of my cats wanted to come along with me, followed me the whole way and back without a problem. i had to encourage him a little over a ditch, but he braved up and made it across. when we stopped at the plot, he started peeing everywhere... sounds good to me, maybe it'll help ward off pests.

*look at the rebound on that first one. if you remember back, it was munched on by something. going to be a bush!

#1 has three tops. #2 was just topped. #3 is the runt... probably a male, who knows. going to grow it out and see... #4 will get topped in a couple weeks.

I know they are not outdoor but I am getting excited about my identical indoor grow. :weed:

Church and Skunk under 400 watts @ 26 days flowering:

that Church is some straight up kush looking shit. bet its the dankness! that thai SS looks great too, I havent popped my freebies yet. may plant them outdoor next year with a head start.

I swear those Super Skunks are the strongest plants I have ever seen.

I supercropped them and they were growing fine for a week and then they actually lifted themselves and straigtened their own necks! I didnt just bend them over gently, I snapped their necks hard! That and topping them 4 times has not seemed to affected them at all.

The Church has probably been the nicest growing plant I have had. Really easy to grow, nice and uniform and at only 26 days into flower I am quite pleased :)

Everyone is looking good. NC boy here in the north. Looking at getting my outdoor plants in the ground in another week.

Actually, that's what I thought when I first saw it. I ran out of McEnroe's and had to use a bit of the MGOC and it looked like that. How they get away with calling pieces of fir bark "compost" I don't understand.

The rains have really made the garden come alive in the past week. A Lot of work to do fellas!!!

Great looking garden! All the way around. I should have started more of a garden this year, I only have a couple mater plants and some peppers :(

Fuckin' right! That makes me feel so much better about the 400w setup I'm putting together now. How big is your grow area and what do you use for ventilation?

I'm pretty damn north too. My buddy owns the only piece of property where you can stand in virginia, and throw a rock due north into north carolina. He told me some story about Thomas Jefferson getting crazy on white liquor when he was mapping out state lines or something. Dunno what really happened but it's still pretty neat.

the MGOC def needs some perlite or something, the drainage is horrible. I havent watered in over a week and the soil is still pretty moist in the middle. Gonna make this work for now...

My area is 3' x 4.5' and I am actually using a Maytag dehumidifier and a couple of standard fans as ventilation.

If you check out my journal (in my signature) you can see the grow box I built and my jerry rigged venting system. The good thing is that I am growing in my basement and it stays around 68- 72 degrees year round. I actually built the box without a top so most of the heat would rise up and out of it and it is working really well. My temps light on hang around 78- 82 and lights off are constantly at 70.

400 watters have got to be the best bang for your buck. I don't really grow to sell and it certainly fills my MJ needs. :)

DAMN, that sucks bro!

They were saying it would get close to freezing but it never got down to the frost point in my area.

Gotta keep up with the news and weather reports this time of year!

I have lost a many plants to late freezes.
