My PC Grow Bagseed:How long until Time to chop?

This plant first showed sex on sept 7, I need to chop it soon. How much longer do you guys think? +rep for good answer please not just "one more week"

Tell her to put on the boxing gloves. I'd say one more week and the calyxes will swell more, and you chop. But this is only from looking at it. If you have a scope/loupe that would be the best way to tell.

I cut off a sample nug from the lower branches last night but I forgot to think how this would effect my plant? any input?

The lower nugs will be less mature than from the top of the canopy, so it won't exactly be a true sample of what you've created. As far as effecting your plant, you shouldn't see any effects from taking the sample.

Oh no, that shouldn't happen. A good amount of people on here harvest in tiers.

No i just tried to peep it with a magnifying glass but i dont think it was powerful enough to really tell. from what i could see i'm still working with either clear or milky trichs(and I'm thinking clear though :/ ??).. idk..

You can get a 30x loupe on ebay for $4 (shipped). I haven't picked one up yet, but I've been thinking about it. Check em out.
