naga jolokia? never heard of it. i thought the ghost chilli was the hottest? also it is easy to make pepper spray with a couple hot peppers, the hard part is getting your extracts put into an aerosol propellant. if you find out how to , let me know .![]()
I should be getting my seeds in the mail any day! Can't wait to grow these things and plant a few in the grocery store!
Those are probably gonna be awesome. I have a Jalapeno pepper in my grow room. It's probably 1 year old and it has several peppers on it right now. For some reason the peppers are not as hot as when grown outdoor - these are very like sweet peppers. I harvest a lot of peppes on it though
insoim if they are anything like tomatoes the pollen doesn't like water its best to just tap on the branch to get the pollen air born and it does its own thing after
I got my seeds yesterday and started to germinate them today. We will see how long and out of 10 how many will pop.
i hear they need to be stressed to produce a hotter pepper. if your in soil they need hot temps and occasionally run dry.
what do you do to pollinate the flowers?
inso ..there is a guy in scotland that broke the record with the hottest pepper his were grown inside
I never did anything but put a seed from a Jalapeno pepper into rockwool and put the plant into the flowering room on 12/12. The plant is very lush and lots of chilis. Maybe i'll try and stress it if anybody can confirm this is necessary to make chilis hot? I don't do anything to pollinate - maybe the fan does it.
