Well guys the next best option for US. players is Bodog.
Not to bad really, they got sports betting. The poker traffic is nothing like FT or stars but its better then ultimate bet was.

Stars acknowledged it, but the only thing noteworthy they said was "please be assured player balances are safe." Yet our gov't seized 3 billion from ~75 of Stars bank accounts. Is it possible that the 3 billion seized was somehow only from the US accounts, or do all the Europeans, Asians, Africans, Australians, Antarticans, and Soute Americans have account balances on Stars with no $ in Stars bank to back it?

@mods, sup with the random post deletes ITT? deleted one of incognegro's on page 1 that I quoted, and deleted one of mine on page 4 talking about the LA times using the same pic for two articles. Yeah..FTP would let me play but could not establish connection to cashier. Knew I was screwed anyway and logged out. Now it says it needs to update software but can't connect to download.
I had less than $100 on FTP.
I also had about sixty bux on PS and requested an e-check cashout. Seemed to go through on the PS end, we'll see.
This is total bs imo. No doubt it is big gaming in the U.S. which isn't getting a piece of the online pie behind it.

The websites are, but the poker client itself will remain playable for users outside the U.S. PokerStars is now using www.pokerstars.eu as their primary site.
