Hey Buddy Me again. Our plants will not show their sex until about a week after the plants enter the flowering stage. The plants enter this stage when they sense the sunlight schedule switch to 12 hours daylight, 12 hours night with no light. This can be controlled in an indoor grow. However, we are both growing outdoors, so we have to WAIT (ugh) for daylight hours to go into this mode on its own, and the plants naturally sense this. They just know when to flower. It's the beauty of nature. You're going to need alot of patience this year though. I checked online, and where my plants are located, this 12/12 schedule will not happen until late September. That's a long ways away. However, it's a plant, so it doesn't necessarily have to happen exactly at 12/12. It might happen before/after. You can check online for an estimate of when your plants will enter the flowering stage online. Then another 2 months of flowering.
I went to "timeanddate.com" and they have "sunrise and sunset calculator" just follow that, so you will be able to see when the sunrise/sunset is approaches 12 hours apart.
they will actually show when they are sexually mature. even a plant never forced into flowering will show its sex with pre-flowers if your impatient now just wait until your almost done flowering hehe
