i already talked to one and he said if i found proof i dont live in that city than he could throw that case out real quick

im safe man...i talked to a lawyer and i have proof i dont live within their jurisdiction..he said he can get it thrown out for sure..soo it was an Illegal search and seizure
 
I got raided last october 22nd and it sucks bro.I had 85 plants.They found two jars on me at hit my house,I got that warrant and evedence suppressed in april.In 1984 the city searched my house in the county and I had that warrant thrown out,the city police were out of their jurisdiction and it was dismissed

Dont believe everything those slimeball lawyers tell you bro,I think you have a good chance but it all depends on your JUDGE in the case

no he's a really good friend so i know for a fact he would just tell me that because he wants money..but my only problem is i'm not aloud to be in a house with guns because of my past..i'm 61 years old i haven't been in trouble like that in years..ill be going to jail for a little wile if they find that out..they raided but didn't arrest anyone or charge anyone with anything..they just took all my shit so what the hell..another problem is i'm still on probation because i got caught with 3 jars of moonshine and 4oz of weed..funny thing about that is they took half my weed and didn't even say anything about the moonshine..i talked to the judge and he said that police station is under investigation from previous cases of them taking the drugs..ain't that some shit..doesnt make any since to mee

Police often will use an outside source to serve warrants depending on the circumstances. A warrant is issued by the local judge for a person or place to be searched, and then the local law determines (based on the warrant) if they need backup.
