Hey there...If it were me, I would snipp off all the small buds that make the big kola to check for mold if you are still having that issue. But other than that you're doing an awesome job!!! Keep up the good work!
Thanks bigwood. Yeah, we snipped most of em. I just wanted some pics of the whole thing. I left about 3 - 4 inches of kola on the ends like big ass lollipops. mmmmm

Arrrghhhh!!! Sooo hungry!!

I just ate dinner, and now I have to go eat dinner again because of you! Gee, thanks a lot FUMBLE!:cuss:

Lol, but seriously, nugs look as good as the dinner, I was going to chop down a king konger today myself, but I found a spot of PM on them, so it'll have to wait tomorrow, I sprayed some Green Cure on there. I chopped down a little 6" autoflower that finally finished up, it turned out to be mainly super sticky fluffy duff, but it was cool to watch grow, I only fertilized it once it's entire life, the large soil container was able to feed it entirely though out it's life. It really didn't need the fertilizer too much, I could have finished without it. Lol, I'll be lucky if I get an eighth off of it.
Haha! Thanks Brandon. Yes, very grueling - but worth it.

Awww Jozi, sorry about that man. Thanks for the compliment. Good luck with your king kong.

Here are my rain covers. I just tied up the corners and taped down the flaps. Plenty of airflow and haven't seen any condensation. It will also help keep the ladybugs from flying up and away.

I ran out of room, my rack is full. So I put some wire shelving on top of a glass topped coffee table (minus the glass for airflow) and lined them with newpaper. Ready and waiting for the rest of the chop.

First oven meal of the year: roast pork with caramelized onion, apple, and thyme stuffing and white wine dijon sauce. mmmmmm love cooler weather.

Made 5 lbs of cannabutter last night. OMG! Hodge, I was going to do your crock pot method, and after 15 minutes my crock pot was so hot on the outside I had to unplug it. I improvised with dutch ovens. started on the stove on low and finished in the oven for about an hour on 225. I slathered an english muffin before bed. mmmm. I think there are some cookies coming your way soon.

Konger is looking good, and she's getting chopped tomorrow after a rinse tonight. I'd like to hash her up and don't want to taste the products I spray. Dinner looks great, luckily tonight was taco tuesday and I've had all I can handle ;)

Your harvest is looking great. I need to make some little mini greenhouses too, I got bad rain coming tomorrow and near-freezing temps tonight. I was hoping I could hold out another day but just read the report. I'll have to drag them inside and make them tomorrow though, it's too damn late, I don't want my neighbors thinking I'm on meth. lol.

Thanks bigwood. I had one of my rain covers uproot last night. My CC got drenched. So I will most likely be chopping her today. *sniffle, tear* I didn't think enough before I put my covers on, so they sunk in the middle after just 1/2 hour of rain. We cut a length of cage to put over the tops, giving them a rounded cover. I had all the legs sunk into the ground and they were very sturdy. Or so I thought. The wind just ripped the one clean outta the ground. Effffffff. And so it goes, another lesson learned.

Well, it gets worse...not only did my rain cover uproot, but the whole top half broke off and the plant was drenched. We chopped and trimmed the whole thing until 3:30 this morning. Efffffff! Lost about a third of her to the bud rot and will most likely lose another third due to fluffy shitty no bag appeal buds. Not to mention two weeks early. That rain just wicks itself into the middle of the bud and rot sets in hella fast. I am not effing around next year. No more shit like this. Love to JJ, but I think a carport is too big for me. I am going to build a green house though.

Anyway, I hope everyone's harvest is going well. Sticky fingers to all, and to all a good night!

Me, picking my daughter up from work last night: "How was work?" "Mom, you have weed on your face." lmao!!!!

I know right now it seems like it's almost not worth it all, but you did fine for your first time around. Just think how much you, learned this year that you get to apply next year! I know it sucks to see that rot, I hate it for sure, but all in all, you did good girl!!

Haha!
I tracked it in nearly every room before my 4.5 day trimming marathon was over!
I picked up my 16 year old from school today and when she got in the first thing she said was "it smells like weed in here dad" I musta had some resin in my hair, I KNOW I had it on my hands and shirt - I collected 8 grams of finger/ scissor hash just from MY fingers and scissors and I had 5 helpers!!

Too fun,
Hops
