its original cannabis gentics, every varietal is worth preserving.
i think you yourself need some more enlightening, like what are the pillars of cannabis? did God create tangerine dream or is it just more reworked nl/affy/skunk/haze, basically what all cannabis is.

I dnt think you understand what im getin at any time ruderalis is used in a breeding program its used to bacicaly give it more commercial aspects
its almost like saying your 1980 commodor computor is a classic man its still has its place(understand now) IMHO just because something can have its liniage traced
back does not mean A its been preserved correctly some cant be apparently or B that it compares to any AAA bud around today..
IMHO only exeptions to it would be true landrace ( cause even if not like AAA today genetics dont seemed to get watered down) EXACTLY what was found 30 yrs ago is ez to find in gene pool today some times evoving for the better I would think in nature it should always do its own selecting no??

neville acutually pionered autos, he started workin on them in the early 80's he went to russia and sourced the rudrrils plant that made autos possible !
and all this talk about old strains and new starins is crap really they basicly the same things,its just today you have a cuttings cutlture were cuttings of great phenos are sold, and crazy stupid names are givin, and the mith and rumour run crazy ! there has been no real new discoverys in dope, most the aaa strains today are just mixed 70s 80s 90s gentics with specific phenos passed amoung thousands of people, were as years ago a group of friends would share a great pheno now its sold to the mass's and is named in its own right !

Well my take is that ruderalis should have been left on the side of road in U.S.S.R wher it was found,
And the banks are using it now so you cant make clones and have to by seeds from them every time.

Its useds to speed up flowering times thats it..(you ever grew anything worth anything that finished les then 10 weeks)
CAUSE I NEVER SEEN IT......................most indica and ruderalis dominant strains are JUNK!!!
And the fact that neville was one of first to be aware of it and that its NOT A HUGE PART OF ANY OF HIS HAZE GENETICS

i agree with the autos are crap bit !! iv grown a few of them that came as freebees !! never would grow them out of choice ! the original ruderails plant had hardly no thc in it at all, it was basicly hemp !! but the unique feature it has is very helpfull to alot of growers !!
see its nothing to do with the seedbanks wanting you to not take cuttings and buy more seeds !
its simpley for outside growers and amature growers or growers who just want some bud in the shortest possible time !
outside you can grow them at any time of year and you can fit an extra harvest or 2 into a growin season its that simple !
in my mind there for newbees and amatures to start on and get there conferdence up before moving to real seeds ! then eventualy to real regular male female seeds !!

C grade still has it's place in todays market though, and there's a lot of $$ to be made off it.
I know tons of people that that are either unwilling or can't afford to pay the outrageously high prices of the AAA smoke.
