What they do not say is that they have inserted language that prohibits the right of patients to engage in all aspects of medical use, to include transfer. The new language permits transfers only between a registered patient and their designated caregiver. That was not the intent of the electorate.

I' haven't seen the re worded version..when somebody gets the bills in "as passed" form..please post them..State website doesn't have them yet,,only the "as introduced" version
