Alas I have not -- I've always been an indoor grower and the pure sativas are hard to get done under <1K with height limitations Would LOVE to if I had an outdoor grow, but probably moving to a state too cold for pure sativas... but at that point I could at least grow under high wattage. Really want to try them if nothing else than for their alleged trippiness. I also have the issue of cat hairs occasionally getting on buds Nice pics

Thanks! I have had reasonable experience growing Thai strains indoors, although from clones and flowered between 1' and 1.5' high. I also use a 1k on a mover, which allows me to have a bit bigger plants, but even with all that they still need to be relentlessly tied down. I do recommend sensi's durban, it is a pure sativa of serious potency that stays very short and bushy like an indica, and also flowers in ~9 weeks in hydro.

Depending on when you harvest, of course, it starts out as very euphoric, intense, energetic high, sometimes pleasingly psychedelic, although not as much as with the longer flowering tropical sativas; it will eventually wind down to a very enjoyable and slightly spacey buzz. If you leave it on the plant until more than half of the trichs have turned amber, you will end up with a very stoney, laughey-stupid-spacey high. It's also got a very unique taste and smell, like a licorice/aniseseed kind of thing.

post script: in my experience, Durban barely stretches in flowering, nearly all of its vertical height gain will be actual bud growth, and is well suited to a sea of green style grow, but also works well as large plants if you are willing to give it a long veg period. In veg, Durban will very obviously hit a wall, so to speak, as far as its vertical growth goest, and at that point it will simply thicken, and begin to put up a fairly even top canopy. If growing large plants, this is when you want to induce flowering. This would produce a very dense, christmas tree shaped plant with one massive middle cola and 4-6 large side colas, and a fairly impressive yield for a plant of that size.

to add more to the durban poison info, i smoked a gram in the mid 90s that i both loved and hated at the same time. i loved it because it was a true high, though no moreso than typical jacks & hazes or even a really good batch of mexcom, but nowhere near as trippy as cali grown columbian gold. jack's cleaner 2 & high quality seeds' haze x skunk are both more potent and/or trippy than whatever durban i had.

i absolutely HATED the flavor though. it tasted like straight up smoking a stick of licorice! oh do i ever hate that flavor! to make matters worse, it expanded like a mofo and every hit gave me a couple minutes worth of dry heaves. i bet that's why it's called poison.

with that said, i'd smoke that and even endure the flavor, woofing and retching because it totally got me high and i begged and pleaded to buy some weight at whatever reasonable price (i think i stopped at $50 for an eigth) my sister's boyfriend would take.

it's a very exotic strain with an even more exotic flavor. ESPECIALLY if you live in the zombie zone where everything just gets you stoned because of greedy growers who refuse to put the love into growing anything that gets you high or are to pussy reactionary to go against the flow, if you blaze your peeps out on that, they will flip their lids over actually getting high aswell as one of the most authentic flavors of any weed strain. blueberry? sorry... it only tastes like you have a single grain of artificially flavored blueberry sugar on your tongue.

over durban myself for stronger & trippier highs and less offensive flavors, but if you actually like licorice, you will wake up jerking off to dreams of smoking DP and if you like getting high, it will deliver the goods there too.

Harder to get than a motherfucker, Sannie's is more often than not sold out, and when it's in, it flies out of stock in what usually seems like a matter of days. I've only been able to get the herb and clones from dispensaries, and more often than not the dispensary herb around here is awful. Ever since they banned smoking it in the shops, nearly all the shops stopped flushing their shit, and now everything just tastes like nutes. What clones I have that have professed to be herijuana probably weren't, which is all I really want to say about that. There's a reason I'm not getting clones from dispensaries anymore. Herijuana (the real herijuana) is regarded as the most potent pain-relief/narcotic indica strain available, and if you can reliably get your hands on the real thing, I recommend it. Not particularly what I personally like in a high, but very popular with the medicinal patient crowd. More like smoking opium than smoking weed.

Im harvesting 2 Sannies Herijuana in 4 days. That would make 9 weeks flowering for 2 plants. Ive got 2 differnt phenos. One a bit taller than the other so i take it will be more sativa. its also ripening slower than the other. I have never seen a plant make resin like this before!! Its oozing with sticky goodness. Not a strong smelling strain. Don't get me wrong, she does have a odor, but its not overwhelming. I hope she's as potent as they claim! My body is broken up pretty good from my military days. I've had 2 back surgieries, and a meniscus removed from my knee. I hope I can kick some of the meds Im on!! I picked up a 10 pack in December. Planted 4, got 2 girls! Im saving the remaining 6 seeds for the future. Either seed reproduction, or picking out a mom, and keep her going for a while!!!

I've grown the heri, it's strong. I only got one pheno out of 4 seeds, 3 males. But it's not as strong as some folks claim, then again my tolerance is high. Where it's potency really was noted was in it's ability to relieve pain. Wasn't a knock out though, and I know some people are searching for a knock out. It was very functional pain relief. Definitely a body stone. Granted only 1 pheno, it might not have been the one, as they say...

I'm hard to impress when it comes to weed. I've been a regular cannabis smoker for 5 years, and a daily smoker for 3 years (so pretty high tolerance), and I've tried many, MANY strains, mostly from dutch coffeeshops. For connoisseur-quality ganja in the netherlands, go to coffeeshop Toermalijn in Tilburg. Their Diamond Haze is without a doubt the single most potent strain I've ever smoked. It lacks a bit in flavor, so i can't give it a 10/10. In fact, I wouldn't give 10/10 to anything I've smoked yet, but certainly a few 9/10, such as a particular pheno of Jack the Ripper, particular pheno of Super Lemon Haze, and a particular pheno of Pineapple Express. These three were all very potent, sativa dominant and tasted/smelled fantastic, and the seeds are available at Attitude.

What I would really like is an extremely potent hybrid (one hit is plenty), leaning a bit towards sativa-dominant, with as strong a smell as possible (fresh fruit, citrus, flowers and haze are all fine, but not peppery, earthy, piny or herbal). Bigger trichs is always a plus when making ice hash. Some color would also be cool (especially blue) but is not a prerequisite. I think im starting to ramble...sorry...going to stop now.

hey jim... the next time you order seeds, pick up a pack of high quality seeds' haze x skunk. it's the opposite of stony heroauna in it's buzz, but is AWESOME med use. i lost about 10 pounds on it as well as quit drinking a 6 pack of beer every night and waking up choking on puke every morning because it just let me tune hunger pangs out.

i can't say with 100% certainty that it did the same for some nerve damage issues i have, but it really helped me a lot with dieting, by accident, and before it was all gone, i was doing crunches to tighten my abs up even more. i know for sure that i was also able to tune out the low grade nausea that built up with the nice 24/7 permabuzz i was getting too. it's only $28 and worth at least trying once unless you have paranoia issues too. i found it easy to maintain a nice medium strength buzz taking light 1 hitters on that, but the 1st time i tried it, i think i blazed 4 good sized hits in a row and got a little bit of the dizzies out of it. at sane doses, it's awesome meds to me. i've put the weight i lost on it back on since

oh, you're talking about scientifically verifiable traits. was all ready to say "don't trust the cannibis cup results too much. it's a fixed competition you gotta pay to play like magazine reviews and even effing news stories!!!"

i trust reviews by regular people like here more, especially with consensus. everyone who loves TGA gear was right for example. so far, jack's cleaner 2 is my favorite strain. i need to try a couple others to see if they have the same quality control standards as DNA's consistent gear.
