Anyone now anything about shipping from state to state if both people have a card. An example is i am in cali and want to legally ship to colorado dispensaries. Is this legally possible?

FWIW ......my doctor told me I can get my meds mailed from Cali.I just have to give my state capitol the correct paperwork .Then I need to sign for it at the PO.
