they are big differences in governance.
obama is slashing the deficit in half, bush took a surplus and turned it into a $1.5 trillion deficit.
bush imploded the economy, obama is overseeing steady growth.

Bush started the CIA's project to track down Osama's courier. The intelligence gathered under Bush is what led to finding Osama.
It was Saddam Hussein kicking out the inspectors. Bush only had inspectors evacuate 1 time right before the war started.
One major difference is when Bush occupied Iraq, he didn't turn it over to Al Queda. Every conflict Obama has been involved in, the country gets taken over by Al Queda or the Muslim Brotherhood. Libya, Egypt, Iraq, and very little progress in Afghanistan
