i am personally a fan of my bong, which is more like a zong. whenever i eventually drop it and break it, i just go to the shop and ask for their cheapest "water pipe with clear glass and a bend in the neck". that bend keeps you from getting a mouth full of bong water if you overfill or hit too hard.

joints are ok, but not optimal for me. i am a one hit sissy. one hit keeps me high for at least two hours. if i smoke a joint, i am wiped out entirely for 6 hours or so. i used to love them back when i was smoking lesser weed and my tolerance was much higher though.
