In 30 years of being a part of the workforce, I have never had a paid vacation.
I don't get paid vacations either..Or my workers, my job has seasons and we work for eight months out of the year. So we have four months out of the year to take vacations..

Ok. Let's use Costco. Even Costco shows that it only provides 1 WEEK to its ELIGIBLE employees. Still not proving that all hourly employees receive paid vacations. Try again.

I worked at a place where you got a week off after a year of employment. Providing you had that year of service by January 1st. So if you got hired on January 2nd you had to wait 2 years for that week of vacation

You're a fucking moron. You know you can't prove that every company gives paid vacations to ALL its employees. You have shown me one instance where a "generous" company is giving its employees a WEEK of paid vacation after the first year, they have to wait another 4 years to get two weeks.

Prove to me that all companies pay all their employees paid vacation. Show me a state mandate that regulates that.

Dude, you are beyond childish. You are wrong, plain and simple. You can't prove to me that all companies are required to both give all hourly employees vacations AND pay them during that vacation time. And because you can't prove this, I am correct in my assumption that a full time hourly employee can both not receive vacation time as well as potentially not get paid for any vacation time they may receive.

All I ask for is a simple copy and paste. But you can't fucking find it, because it doesn't exist. You keep saying I change my story, but I have not done so. I have stated from the very beginning that not every hourly employee gets paid vacations. This is cited by several examples of folks in here stating my very premise. Yet you ignore it. You are so childish its literally laughable.

Though I admit, my butt hurts a little, I had tacos last night for dinner, and I'm paying for it now. I swear I make green clouds whenever I take a dump. It is fucking nasty.

But anyway, but to the matter at hand. Though I disagree with some things the government does, I agree with many others. In this particular case, I wish the government were more involved in minimum and benefits. But alas, Republicans are once again on the scene to ruin shit for people who most need it.

joe makes $12k a year. he has free health insurance through medicaid, shit for brains.

joe's uncle, robert, who is an auto mechanic making about $50k a year (400% of poverty) would face about $4k a year for insurance. but not joe.
