You're gonna be hurting on headroom in that but I'd recommend an Optic Led 250.

I've used Black Stars and Area 51's previously. For the last year I've been running an Optic Vero 250. It's the best light I've bought so far.

Not everybody grows for profit. Some folks have jobs and aren't looking for the drama that goes with cash cropping. With that being said, if you know what you're doing you can get 5-7 ounces per plant trimmed, dried and cured.
