Here is a church, 9 weeks flower. How far from harvest do you all think?

Almost 3 weeks, they dont really look like they're ready for it but im trying to figure out some indications, for instance, right now theres tons of white hairs coming out but as you see if there are buds they're tiny and buried under white hairs.

I just wanna take enough to polinate a little and then kill this guy off, is he far enough along? i took one of the bigger nuts off and there was pollen inside but i had to force it open, do i have to wait till its ready to burst on its own? how much longer if its not ready? thanks in advance!

thanks! already got a problem tho! brand new bulb less than 2 weeks old broke in the middle of the night, something inside busted i beleive and it turned foggy white, I emailed HTGsupply since the bulb is on a 1 year warranty, I also mentioned the refund of $40 they forgot to give me, and...

Alright, Marty just showed his balls at the upper growth, I'm going to move him to an isolated area and provide him 12/12, I'm curious about how long I have to keep him alive before I can take some pollen and then kill him. First pic marty is the guy in the middle, second is kinda fuzzy sorry...

Just thought I'd follow up and let you guys know. I actually had to turn the exhaust fan DOWN with a regulator to like 5/8's power, during the day my temperatures are 72-76ish, night time, i haven't seen it above 82. Plants are happy
