Doc. if I may make an suggestion on your 1" plumbing, go to 2" you wont regret it. I used 1" and as the roots took over the system it slowed the water flow down considerably.

Your well water sounds good but, running it through the r/o system you'll most likely need to add cal/mag, unless your nute's are designed for r/o.
