Chances are no. Most commercial growers do not mess with autos. Autos are nice if you want to do an outdoor grow with a limited season but cannot manipulate the light. Most folks growing indoors can manipulate the light periods, thus eliminating the need for an auto flowering plant.

if you have time release nutes in there, flushing will make more nutes release thus give your plant too much food. is your plant showing n toxicity? if it isn't, there is really no reason to worry about lowering n. it will lower as the plant uses it. if you have toxicity, that is another thing tho.

sativa seeds seem to be smaller indica seeds larger. like others have said, the color (striping) is a good sign of good seeds. possibly if they were crossed sativa and indica the smaller seeds are more sativa? that would be my guess. they should germ just fine though :)
