Its up to you if you wanna go with multiple bulbs. Me personally, I use 125w actual watts(blue spec) and 300w actual watts(dual spec). Always go for actual watts instead of equivalent. If yoyr plants leafs are 'praying' to the light, it means there happy and basking in the light. If this is the...
