Is there a definitive consensus on whether or not supplemental red light is needed. I hear that there is enough red in white lights and others say red needs to be added in the flowering stage... Just wondering what the general consensus is for the majority of LED growers out there.

Cant really find too much info on the difference other than the wattage... their website says they are the same size with the same amount of diodes. What are the pro's V con's of the two different models other than power and if they are the same size does this just mean the 80W penetrates...
