12/12 nutes problems in past please help

just put 10 4 foot WW and vanilla kush into 12/12. each in 3gal bags of organic soil. what are some good nutes i can start out with. i have experience with nutes and own many but last 3 grows ive got nute burn even if i do half doses.

full nutes groups i have:
GH
botanicare
and humbolt

google general hydroponics and on their site they have a feeding calendar, it dosent get much e3asier than that.

If you're going organic I'd think more about teas than nutes

yea its not hydro its in dirt im trying to keep it simple. perhaps a nute per gal regimen, or what nutes seem to make a difference in your garden, or what things you foliar feed with and how often would be helpful guys thanks
